The localization of the hotel is superb - it is less a 5-minute walk distant from the main train/bus station (the only thing you have to know is that you must reach level 2 of the shopping gallery located in the train station area and then choose stairs or an escalator) - I guess a taxi journey would take a bit longer. It is also close to Camollia Antiporte where your journey to the medieval Siena may start. A bus stop for local and intercity (e.g. San Gimignano or Florence) buses is also close. Although the street may be a bit noisy, we almost did not hear it (our room was located in a side building). The room was quite comfortable for 4 people and three suitcases, although, truly speaking, we did not spend too much in it. The breakfast is served in a main buidling and it is delicious - especially the cakes and croissants. I was personally fond of orange juice - perfectly balanced between being sweet and sour. The staff was very kind and really helpful. And last but not the least - there is a chance to use a swimming pool located in another hotel - a valuable option in summer - although we did not use it (5 days is not too much time). I do sincerely recommend.

Located just 12 minutes' walk from Siena historical city centre main entrance in a main busy road. Nevertheless the room was still quite. Room and bathroom were very clean. The beds were not as comfortable as i would have expected however they were still ok. It is very well kept. Very easy to reach by car. We found this hotel to be in very good location considering that we were palnning to visit San Gimignano and Volterra as well as Montepulciano and Pienza which are all around 1hr drive from Siena and are found on either side of the city. All four sities are worth visiting. Parking is charged at a small rate of EUR10 per night however do not expect a big parking lot. it is very very difficult to maneuver the car inside the parking however, it is still convenient as it is very difficult to find a parking space in the area and for free. I would still go for it if i had to stay again in this hotel. Staff at the hotel are very helpful. Breakfast is delicious with a variety of food.

Lovely hotel, we really enjoyed our stay. We upgraded to a room with a terrace and we loved to have the opportunity to relax outside with a coffee and/or wine in the evenings or when it was raining (we caught some heavy thunderstorms but it just hits different in Italy from a terrace with some wine in your hands). The room was very clean and spacious, the bed very comfy. Breakfast was nice with lots of options and very friendly, kind staff, however sommetimes a little busy. We really enjoyed the location too - not the centre of town (I would say about 20 minutes of walk into the town centre) but great if you're connecting via train and don't mind the walk. We rented a car and found it easy to drive in and out of town from this location and to find free parking just minutes away from the hotel, too (we were also offered to park at a nearby hotel, but didn't need to do this). We loved our stay and would definitely return.

The room was spacious, the bathroom had a tub (!), and the double bed comfortable. Breakfast was generous and yummy. Short walk from the escalators in the mall across the train station, leading to the historic part of the city; no trouble to find at all. All the sites are about a 20-minute walk away, easy and pleasant in the cold weather. Also, they gave me a recommendation for lunch in the city that was not too touristy and delicious, La Taverna del Capitano. There was a short power outage in the middle of the night ONLY IN MY ROOM, however, which I had to go down to reception to report, since I had my gadgets charging; probably a blown fuse? Otherwise, I would stay here again in a heartbeat; one night was certainly not enough.

Everything was excellent! We have stayed in about 6 different places this past month in Italy and it is by far the best! Breakfast was wonderful with a good assortment of choices, including eggs, bacon, pancakes, yogurt, fruits and croissants 🥐 The staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating Our room was spacious and clean, as well the bathroom had a very large shower. Location was super being just to the east of the station entrance on the Main Street going into the main gate into the old walled city. Thoughtful added perks are slippers, cosmetic kits, shower caps, and toiletries. Definitely worth the stay here!!
